Warranty Claim Terms & Conditions
Elite Spring Bed guarantees that this mattress product is made from the best quality materials and is not damaged during its production process. This warranty can be claimed with the following terms and conditions:
1. The limited warranty is valid for 15 (fifteen years)
from the purchase date of the mattress.
2. This warranty ONLY APPLIES to springs, and DOES NOT APPLY
to wrapping fabric or others.
3. Complete the Warranty Card.
HOW TO FILL OUT THE WARRANTY CARD:
1. ANDROID
- Download the QR Code Reader application from the Android Play Store.
- Open the QR Code Reader application and scan the QR Code on the warranty card.
- Fill out the form provided.
2. WEBROWSER
- Visit the website address: https://elitespringbed.com/warranty
- Fill out the form provided.
4. Attach the purchase receipt at the time of claim.
5. The warranty note does NOT APPLY if:
a. Products are stored in unsuitable conditions, or if the damage is caused by natural disasters, or any other damage caused by user error.
b. Stacked with heavy items
c. Repairs are carried out by third parties other than PT Royal Abadi Sejahtera
